The European built, proven performance concrete mixer washout heads have powerful high pressure jets that rotate around both the vertical and horizontal axes. They cover every surface equally with none of the missed areas that are seen with the swinging or rotating jet arrays of other models.
Features
A80R cleaning head shown at right, with 4 nozzles. You can use this head for small planetary mixers to large twin shaft or spiral blade mixers for concrete. In addition, food, animal feed and many other applications. Rotates vertically as well as horizontally, giving a spherical action zone. Water requirement is 20 gpm (76 liters per min) for each head at 1000 psi (70 bar).

Long nozzles give an extremely narrow ‘pencil’ jet with high cleaning power.
When you use two or more cleaning heads, valves sequenced by the washout controller run one head at a time. This ensures full pressure operation and maximum cleaning action. Some competitors use too many jets, which can drop the pressure. This reduces its ability to clean hardened deposits properly.
You can use A80R washout heads with other types of pump; supply your own if you wish.
Our experience with other types of washing head showed that some models suffer from deposits of concrete in the rotating joints. We found that they stalled and customers had to clean them. The A80R type is powered by an internal turbine with large gear ratio, making it extremely difficult to stall. As a result, you will get long life with freedom from maintenance.
When maintenance is necessary, the head is easy to dismantle and repair without special tools.
Each head comes with a mounting plate (not shown), making it easy to install through a hole in the mixer cover.
Head kits include hoses, valves and mounting hardware.
