Our motto is PQRS – Performance, Quality, Reliability and Service. Service and Product Support are very important to us, both during installation and startup. Afterwards when operators can change, maintenance might be lacking and various skills may not be obtainable. During and after installation we offer Support and Service packages are available for the following products: BatchTron, SiloWeigh II Pro, SiloWeigh.net, AquaSense, AquaMix, and AquaControl.

Electrical installation and startup – “one stop shop” to avoid conflicts.

Operator training – group sessions and individual coaching to ensure your personnel are up to speed.

Phone and internet follow-up once plant is running – all the help that you need is free for the first year, so take advantage.

Refresher courses, on-line or on-site – valuable if an operator is replaced, or just to maximize efficiency.

Plant checkup visits to find and correct plant weaknesses, plus plant tune-up to improve quality and speed as well as reduce unplanned costs.

Fault troubleshooting and tune-up on-line service to get you running quickly.

Spare parts with same-day shipping if you happen to have a breakdown.
Service and Support Packages
Service by the hour – We don’t turn you away if you don’t have a service contract, or force you to pay back-years. Immediate support anytime at $150.00 per hour.
Bronze package – REMOTE SUPPORT.
This Service provides unlimited access during office hours to one of our engineers to assist with technical issues relating to your equipment. Should your system require any hardware or software this would be at additional costs.
STI (Service and Training by Internet): connects to your system through a local PC or laptop.
Silver package – REMOTE SUPPORT AND SOFTWARE UPGRADES
This Service provides unlimited access 7am to 7pm (Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday) to one of our engineers to assist with technical issues relating to your equipment. We will automatically supply any software updates to include all updates on PC computer software (e.g. BatchLink etc) and relevant new features pertaining to your version of PLC and touch screen software.
With your permission we will connect to your system on an annual basis to check and maintain the database. This does not include correction of computer hardware problems or Windows operating system fixes and upgrades.
STI (Service and Training by Internet): connects to your system through a local PC or laptop .
Gold package – FULL HARDWARE MAINTENANCE AND SOFTWARE SUPPORT
This Service provides unlimited access 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 12.00 noon on Saturdays (Eastern Standard Time) to one of our engineers to assist with technical issues relating to your equipment. We will automatically supply any software updates to include all updates on PC computer software (e.g. BatchLink etc) and relevant new features pertaining to your version of PLC and touch screen software.
With your permission we will connect to your system on an annual basis to check and maintain the database. This does not include correction of computer hardware problems or Windows operating system fixes and upgrades.
STI (Service and Training by Internet): connects to your system through a local PC or laptop .
Should we diagnose a problem which requires replacement parts these will be supplied Free of Charge excluding shipping costs.
Please note this does not include external parts such as valves, load cells, sensors etc. and external PC computers, which carry the regular manufacturer’s warranty.
Platinum package – FULL HARDWARE MAINTENANCE AND SOFTWARE SUPPORT TO INCLUDE ALL SCALE-TRON PRODUCTS AT AN INDIVIDUAL LOCATION.
Many customers now have multiple products supplied by Scale-Tron and this package offers un-limited support for anything we manufacture.
This Service provides unlimited access 7am to 7pm (Eastern Standard Time, 365 days of the year) to one of our engineers to assist with technical issues relating to any Scale-Tron product. We will automatically supply any software updates to include all updates on PC computer software (e.g. BatchLink etc) and relevant new features pertaining to your version of PLC and touch screen software.
With your permission we will connect to your system on an annual basis to check and maintain the databases. Verify operations and functions. This does not include correction of computer hardware problems or Windows operating system fixes and upgrades. (Please note this requires that you have STI)
