The good news is that we are here to help you during this difficult time. A skeleton staff will be working from home during this company closure.  We welcome your calls and emails and will do our best to respond to all of them.

The Government of Quebec has informed us that all non-essential businesses must close, effective 24th March.  The exception is “essential services” but we are not classified as such and must close our manufacturing premises. This company closure is for all industrial manufacturing, including Scale-Tron Inc.  We expect to reopen for manufacturing and shipping on Wednesday 15th April, but only if the risk of infection has reduced by then.  If not, a longer delay might be necessary.

You can contact our personnel working from home, which include:

Robin Shepherdson, [email protected], cell phone 514 952 7659 (general and engineering inquiries).

Chris Shawcroft, [email protected], cell phone 514 804 7084 (sales, production, service and shipping/receiving).

Marian Enachescu, [email protected], cell phone 514 514 802 7091 (engineering, SiloWeigh software and adjustments, BatchTron controls, AquaSense moisture sensors)

Susie Michel, [email protected], cell phone 514 246 8086 (accounting, accounts receivable and payable).

Robert Hu, [email protected] (BatchTron service, software and engineering) is located in Virginia and is not prevented from working at this time.  You can contact him at 571 353 8853.

Since receiving and shipping will be limited during this period, we apologize for any delays in shipment.  We do have the ability to package and ship some items from stock if necessary, however. To schedule your shipment, please contact Chris Shawcroft above.
