BatchTron III’s 12″ touch screen is big enough for concrete plant automation with two or three mixers and a large number of aggregates, cements and associated scales, plus extensive automation of outgoing conveyors, flying hoppers and delivery stations.
BatchTron-III is ideal for two and three mixer plants with extended automation of delivery conveyors, flying buckets and multiple delivery stations.

BatchTron III concrete plant automation handles two and three mixer applications.  Because these applications are complex, it has the capacity for extensive extra functions.  Examples are multiple delivery stations, flying buckets, multiple conveyor belts and aggregate bin refill.  Its many setup menus allow customization to fit most two mixer concrete plant automation jobs.  Aggregate conveyor, conveyors and holding hoppers or skip-hoist feed to the mixers.  In addition, mixer moisture control, hand-add ingredients, temperature control in the mixer and color addition.  Extra customization can be added for applications in food, animal feed, bulk material blending and other applications.  If this model appears more complex than you need, consider BatchTron I or II.
